before i begin to write this article i asked my self will it be right to tell the people the best way to combat?? specially while most of the people are usually violent more than enough. After thinking i told my self that violent, bad people are experts enough ,so my article won't be helpful for them but it may actually assist the good respectable shy persons that sometimes need to combat to protect themselfs.

Being a karate champion ( When i was young ) i know several advices regarding fighting which may be helpful.

first thing you should try to avoid compact and combating as much as possible and also know that most of the fights can be avoided with a little speaking, understanding and psychological games. Therefore try to avoid combating as much as possible even sometimes it is possible to gain a friendship with the violent monster who wish to hurt you if you confidently smile at his face and try to determine what is making him so upset. And believe me your assured smile is your strongest artillery.


first of all keep in mind that the actual power start from you mind the most important thing is to keep your mind relaxed as possible, clear and also concentrating. SO attempt to keep calm, manage your breathing over the combat and Try to be aware towards the atmosphere around you simply because at times you will find something that will help you within the combat and even an escape opportunity.

Always try to push your anxiety aside and also keep in mind that anxiety and anger will make you weaker therefore try to control your fear and also make your challenger have the anxiety instead. I know it is not easy to control your anxiety but if you put this as a target you can find yourself confident again and again.

Attempt to yell in the face of your opponents as this will cover your anxiety and give them the feeling that you're confident and the combat won't be that easy. And if you are sure that the fight is coming any way Try to be the very first one that attack. Make your strike strong, hurtful and harmful because this will trigger the opponent anxiety and also make him loose control and if the first attack works follow it with additional punches and kicking to take the best benefit from your initial success.


Final thing avoid the embarrassing un painful violence because this can make you opponent strike you with his complete power and anger without frightening him.

1- Don't help to make your legs on a single line however attempt always to keep the right leg in the prominent and also the left leg backward because this will allow you to be more stable and resistant to pushing and you won't fall easily.

2-Try not to support your whole body weight on the front side leg because this will make it less difficult for the enemy to kick it away and also make you fall to the floor .

3-Try to keep a safe region between you and your enemy and never get into this particular safe region if you don't want to attack him .

4-For beginners leg kicks harm much more than fighting by hands and have an extended attacking span than the hands so .

5-Never keep your hands in the side of your body. keep them upward, ready to protect your face and chest.
